Seven Coat Finish System

A superior finish distinguishes our flooring from all others!  Accept no substitutes!  All our flooring products are given a seven coat finish by Premiere Finishing Coating, LLC., a leader in the pre-finishing industry. Product is first sanded and cleaned. If necessary, it is stained, denibbed, and/or pore-filled with a UV cured material. After a second denibbing, two coats of high abrasion sealer are applied and UV cured. After a third denibbing and cleaning, the remaining coats are applied which contain ceramic particles for scratch resistance and gloss retention.
