Cambara is highly valued for its deep reddish-brown color, straight dense grain, decay resistance and finishing qualities.  It is approximately 30% stronger and twice as hard as cedar.  Cambara is a kiln dried product, and exhibits great durability and resistance to both scratching and splintering.  These qualities make Cambara a premium decking material.  Janka Hardness Scale rating: 860 lbs.*
